TRANSIT FORMS
Transit form is a form that we use to note down the progress of the students before we transfer all the data/info to the PBD template (twice a year). This is purely an initiative from the teachers and it is not compulsory since we can record the students’ progress in any form/method that we feel suitable. However, it is good to have the transit form if we want to see the students’ progress in clearer view.
My transit forms will include the descriptions of learning standards and the performance standard guide for each skill for teachers’ quick reference.

I have been so confused with a few templates (which some of them are probably outdated) and we are never informed of any confirmed templates to be used at school (at least at my school).
